How Scoring Works
Every company starts with a baseline score of 750 (Good). Scores move up or down based on approved customer reviews. The more reviews a company has, the more representative the score becomes.
Review Approval Process
Dispute Mechanism
Companies who believe a review is false or defamatory may file a formal dispute. A flat processing fee applies to deter frivolous complaints.

- If the dispute is rejected: review stays, score may decrease
